We are looking for an outstanding Delivery Team Lead to manage our Delivery team. This role will be the key point of contact, supporting the team in all operations aspects of onboarding our brands to new sales channels. You will own the full execution of multiple eCommerce platforms to our platform and work closely with the CS Team to support our brand’s continued growth. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding of strategic accounts
  • Plan and execute onboarding processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Partner with Customer Success and Technical Support teams to provide quick onboarding and support their needs
  • Be the go-to resource in your team for any questions or escalations  regarding our platform and services
  • Lead & support your team to meet their targets
  • Manage the day-to-day tasks and projects while keeping your team motivated 
  • Grow and develop your team to reach their potential and be the best in their field
  • Work with internal teams to provide feedback on our platform based on interactions with clients and team feedback

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in managing customer-facing delivery or operations teams for SaaS companies 
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • Spreadsheet & excel enthusiast!
  • Knowledge in the US &/or EU retail & brand market - an advantage
  • Problem solver, who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English - written and verbal
  • Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
