We are hiring a Retail Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. As a Retail Partnerships Manager at Cymbio, you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the leading names in eCommerce. You will build, manage, and nurture the end-to-end relationships with our retail partners.
- Act as the bridge between clients and retailers and assist partners in scaling
- Scope and reach out to potential retailers to join Cymbio's network
- Be the main point of contact and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and retail partners
- Partner with the Customer Success team to identify brand fit and new opportunities
- Manage referral and collateral processes for retail partners
- Analyze retailer selling opportunities and liabilities
- 3+ years of experience in the retail industry, either with a multi-brand retailer or brand
- In-depth understanding of the retail landscape, brands, and trends
- Significant experience in sales, business development, and/or partner management
- Strong integrity and ethics to support real-time decision making
- A driven, dynamic, and eager-to-learn self-starter
- Native English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills
