We are looking for a people-centric person to manage our to-be Cymstar’s hiring process, giving them the absolute best experience!

Responsibilities:

  • Build & execute Cymstar's hiring plan &  process to support our growth plan: 
  • Job description definitions
  • Hiring steps
  • Phone screening & personal interviews 
  • Mentoring hiring managers
  • Work closely with the hiring managers to ensure: needs are aligned, support is in place and timelines and hires are met
  • Collaborate with the People & Marketing teams to create content and hiring collaterals connecting to our brand, our values, and our culture
  • Build and work with hiring channels 
  • Form and maintain key relationships across the hiring process to ensure an excellent experience
  • Collect feedback and data from hiring managers & candidates to optimize, learn and improve 
  • Analyze relevant data and use it to make decisions and improvements for a better hiring process & experience 

Requirements:

  • Loving people & hiring  with a positive and energetic approach
  • 2+ years hiring experience in the high-tech start-up industry
  • Working with ATS - Comeet
  • Operational and production experience: managing, and executing small and large-scale hiring projects with great attention to detail
  • Self-learner, independent, and a great team player
  • Analytical abilities, and effective organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, and communication skills in English - written and verbal
  • Proactive and responsible, with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with social media & marketing content writing - a big advantage
  • A service-oriented person with the ability to work with multiple interfaces 
  • Curious, innovative, and out-of-the-box thinker
