Cymbio Releases Multichannel Commerce Support Platform

Cymbio has released a cloud-based ecommerce support platform that’s designed to provide a way for companies and retailers to automate the sales process. The platform provides communication channels that allow data to flow easily between the companies handling sales and the companies providing products and services. According to the company the platform can automate the entire sales cycle, and supports most common software and platforms.

While there are other ecommerce support platforms, Cymbio is designed to work with nearly all of them, including Shopify, Magento, and Salesforce. The platform also supports comprehensive analytics, fulfillment, onboarding and order management.
