In the integration connection process, the authorization step is a crucial requirement. Authorization ensures that all necessary permissions are held to provide access.

For Authorization setup, please follow the steps:

1. Go to Setup > Integrations and click Manage Integrations.
2. Choose Integration and Go to Authentication.
3. Check User Credentials.

For Permissions setup, please follow the steps:

1. Go to Setup > Users and click Manage Roles.
2. Edit Cymbio Role and go to the Permissions tab.
3. For Authentication, check Web Services Only Role
4. Under Permissions, ensure the following are added and all with Level Full:
   • Transactions: Find Transaction, Invoice, Sales Order
   • Reports: SuiteAnalytics Workbook
   • Lists: Accounts, Contacts, Currency, Customers, Employees, Phone calls, Projects, Subsidiaries
   • Setup: Access Token Management, User Access Tokens, REST Web Services
5. Click Save to apply the changes

If the Cymbio Role does not already exist, follow the steps below to create one:

• Default Email Address
• Sales Channel
• Variant Identifier Field Name
• Default Class

To facilitate the integration connection setup, it is imperative that you share the list of Customer IDs per retailer with your dedicated Cymbio Account Manager. This step is a mandatory requirement to ensure a smooth and successful integration.

To set the buyer ID for each customer(retailer):
Go to Lists > Relationships > Customers in your NetSuite account.

To finalize the warehouse connection setup, it is essential to provide the list of shipping method codes and their corresponding IDs. This information is crucial for order creation within your NetSuite account. The required values include the internal ID, name, and description of these shipping methods. Please note that this step is mandatory, and the shipping mapping setup will be handled and completed by the Cymbio technical team.

To set Shipping Mapping:

Go to Lists > Accounting > Shipping Items in your NetSuite account.

If you wish to expand the data we push when creating orders in your NetSuite account, kindly furnish us with a list of the specific fields and their corresponding values that need to be included. Please ensure that you provide us with the precise field names and their respective data.
