These configuration values are required to complete the integration connection setup.

For Integration setup, please follow the steps:

1. Login to your account in Cymbio.
2. Go to Settings > Warehouses and click Add Warehouse.
3. Select Salesforce as a Warehouse Provider.
4. Enter your Client ID.
5. Enter your Client Secret.
6. Enter your Client Password.
7. Enter your Tenant.
8. Enter your Site ID.
9. Enter your Short Code.
10. Enter your Organization ID.
11. Click Save.

To finalize the warehouse connection setup, it is essential to provide the list of shipping method codes.

This information is crucial for order creation within your Salesforce account. Please note that this step is mandatory, and the shipping mapping setup will be handled and completed by the Cymbio technical team.

To set Shipping Mapping:

Go to Merchant Tools > Ordering > Shipping Methods in your Salesforce Account.

Share the list of Shipping method codes with Cymbio Account Manager by email.

If you wish to expand the data we push when creating orders in your Salesforce account, kindly furnish us with a list of the specific fields and their corresponding values that need to be included. Please ensure that you provide us with the precise field names and their respective data.

Field name: “c_CustomerFacingOrderID”
Value: Customer Facing Order ID

Share the list of Custom fields with Cymbio Account Manager by email.

To successfully finalize the integration setup, it is essential to provide the custom fields for the Purchase Order (PO) Number and Sales Channel ID.

PO Number is the Order ID from the Retailer system.

Example:

Field name: “c_PONumber”
Value: PO Number (Retailer Order ID)

Sales Channel ID is the ID per retailer.

Example:

Field name: “c_RetailerIDTagChannel”
Value: Sales Channel ID/Retailer ID
