We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our customer operations team and work closely with the Delivery/Support/Data/Product/Development teams to ensure the swift onboarding of new merchants to our platform. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product & R&D teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design/lead new merchant onboarding projects.
  • Identify and assess risks and issues during implementations, provide mitigation options, and escalate them to senior management as needed.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on project plan progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and business requirements.
  • Lead the onboarding process with new merchants
  • Be an expert in Cymbio's onboarding processes and integrations
  • Own internal documentation and establish best practices for all internal processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in tech project management/Sales Engineer, customer-facing products for global SaaS companies 
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • Expert in project management with a technical background (API/EDI knowledge)
  • Experience with systems like SFCC/SF OMS/NetSuite - an advantage
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Monday, Airtable, and alike. 
  • Knowledge in the US &/or EU retail & brand market - an advantage  
  • Problem solver who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English - written and verbal (native speaker level) - Mandatory
  • Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
