About
Larroudé is an accessible luxury footwear brand launched in 2020 by fashion industry veteran Marina Larroudé and her husband, business operator Ricardo Larroudé. Born out of a desire to bridge the gap between high-quality, high-style fashion shoes and prohibitive designer prices, the brand offers a joyful collection of pumps, boots, sandals, and sneakers. Larroudé differentiates itself through vertical integration, manufacturing its shoes in its own factory in Sapiranga, Brazil, which ensures meticulous quality, ethical labor practices, and efficient production, contributing to its recognition as a disruptive and innovative force in the luxury market.
Challenge
Larroudé’s marketplace operations were completely manual, leading to slow and error-prone processes. Setting up new platforms and filling out product templates by hand resulted in frequent errors, such as incorrect stock information and significant delays in product launches. This manual workload consumed valuable time and resources, preventing the team from focusing on strategic growth.
Solution
By partnering with Cymbio, Larroudé was able to fully automate their marketplace operations. Cymbio’s platform streamlined everything from product uploads and inventory synchronization to order integration. This automation dramatically improved the speed, accuracy, and accountability of their operations.
Results
With less time spent on manual tasks, the Larroudé team is now free to concentrate on key growth and strategy initiatives. The improved efficiency has also significantly strengthened their relationships with retailers, leading to a more seamless partnership.
